As a teacher, I understand the importance of thorough lesson preparation, and apply these lesson plans for each class. Then I always need to check students' understanding through concrete assessments. In this way, I will make sure that my lessons' purposes as well as goals in teaching have been accomplished.
In the picture, I was taking notes in the lesson planning process for almost-three-hour teaching project of scribbling age. This first meeting for the planning took us one and a half hours. We thoroughly planned on how to present the information integrating visual aids, and discussed the activities for the classmates to be involved and constructively process what is presented. To help the classmates best understand our procedures, we planned to include the agenda, power point, and outline with the spaces for them to take notes. We discussed the constructive assessments throughout the lessons. So through this thorough lesson planning, we reflects our understanding of important role of teachers and their application for foundations of education. I very much feel that this practice of lesson planning is a good preparation for me being an effective teacher of my future classes.
