Understanding Subject Matter
As a teacher, it is very important for me to have a deep understanding on the subject matter I am teaching, so that my instructions are clear and accessible to students. Moreover, I am also responsible to help students understand its related application in their daily life, not just mere understanding for the class's tests and performance. Also, I recognize that my insight of interrelationships among all the subjects is crucial to reinforce students' understanding of this connection.
